Experience the healing energy of a slow vinyasa flow combined with a journey through Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra® and a crystal bowl sound bath that will systematically relax you at every level of being including your physical, energetic, mental, emotional and spiritual layers (called the five koshas). Through the use of breath awareness, body scanning, healing music, nature imagery and crystal singing bowls Divine Sleep invites you to become aware of each layer of being without needing to change anything. This is true meditation where there is nothing to do but ‘notice’ and will leave you feeling empowered and whole just the way you are. This contemporary practice is based on ancient yogic wisdom and meditation and is a powerful tool for modern day life.

Kim Blanc

Kim’s passion is yoga. She loves to practice yoga, teach yoga and learn about yoga. She has a strong practice which includes both the physical and spiritual components of yoga, and believes that anyone can do yoga and that everyone benefits, both physically and mentally, from a consistent practice. She loves to read about yoga and related philosophies. Some of her favorite authors include Rolf Gates, Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Dan Milman and Marianne Williamson. She is open to any style of yoga, but is drawn most to a vinyasa flow. Kim is married with two children. After practicing law for almost 15 years she was happy to take a break and be a stay at home mom. Not many decisions in her life have been so easy and clear cut but that is one that she’s never looked back on. She received her 200 hour teacher training certification from Rolf Gates and loves the opportunity she has to help others to heal their bodies and minds through yoga.
