- Learn techniques for relieving stress, reducing anxiety and depression both on and off the mat.
- Learn tools to improve your sleep, better manage time and increase energy
- After starting with a centering meditation and breath awareness, gentle yoga postures will help you find more freedom in your body and increase your connection to your body and your spirit. End with a restorative meditation to help you connect with your deepest self.
In addition to being a Yoga instructor (RYT 200), Theresa is a Personal Trainer, Cycling instructor, TRX, Pilates Mat and Pilates Barre instructor. She has been teaching for over 10 years, having switched careers from financial systems consulting when she became a mom. Theresa loves to help people feel good both physically and mentally, and incorporates her personal training and Pilates expertise into her yoga classes. She lives in Bolton, MA and enjoys running, cycling, hiking and the beach.
