Yoga Nidra or Yoga Sleep is one of the deepest and most profound meditations one can experience. As you are guided into a deep but conscious relaxation you are able to access and release samskaras (innate tendencies, impressions created by previous actions or thought). Traditionally, Yoga Nidra was used to reach enlightenment. Today, it is most often used therapeutically. In this workshop, you will begin by exploring the samskaras that are most present in your life, create a sankalpa (a vow or conscious intention to support and abide by your highest truth) and then drop into a full 45-minute yoga nidra experience! During the experience, Erin will also offer all participants a very special Oneness Deeksha (Blessing) – a transmission of intelligent energy proven to change neurobiological functioning as it gentle moves the recipient out of the illusion of separation and into an experience of oneness and the peace, bliss, joy of greater presence that is found within it :).
