Calibrate, revamp and fine tune your yoga practice to enable you to maximize your potential and minimize habits that can lead to injury. This workshop is for Yoga teachers and students who want the most current information on alignment and want to learn how to move freely without pain. Suitable for all Levels!

You will learn:

  • How to align the poses for YOUR body
  • What Alignment tips and cues are outdated and misleading
  • It’s not just the pose that’s important, it’s how you enter into the pose
  • How to maximize your time on the mat to create a well- functioning, strong and supple mind and body.

Cindy Boulter, BSc., ERYT 200, ERYT 500
Cindy is committed to being a life-long student of yoga and is a seeker of knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as an instructor and international presenter, and over 13 years’ experience teaching yoga and training yoga teachers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, and has studied extensively with numerous teachers, completing over 1500 hours of training. Her studies include Yoga Therapeutics with Dr. Bo Forbes, Yin Yoga and Meditation with Sarah Powers, Anatomy and Fascia with Tom Myers, Anatomy with Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Mathews as well as in depth trainings with Theresa Murphy, Rolf Gates, Ana Forrest, Baron Baptiste and Shiva Rae.

Dr. Nicole Langlois is a chiropractor from Worcester, MA who received her doctorate of chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College. She was introduced to yoga while matriculating in upstate New York, and quickly appreciated it’s value for both herself and her future patients. An avid mountain biker, trail runner and adventure racer, she has intimate knowledge of the demands put on the body of an athlete (or weekend warrior). Dr. Nicole is most passionate about helping patients come up with creative solutions to the obstacles they encounter when trying to establish new health goals.
